The freedom to work whenever and from wherever in the world that I want.
The ability to have a genuine impact on the lives of more people than I could have ever imagined.
The excitement and fulfillment I would feel be able to be paid to do something I love that doesn't feel like work at all.

Hi guys! I'm Justin Cappon.
If you've landed on this page to learn a bit about me I just want to let you know I appreciate you. Your time is so valuable and I definitely want to be a good steward of it so let me tell you briefly what you're probably curious to know about me.
I was born a raised in a Christian home just outside of Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am the youngest of 3 boys and have an amazing mom and dad that have been tremendously influential in my life, even to this day.
I am married to the love of my life, Courtney, and have 4 amazing children with another on the way due January 1st, 2022! My family keeps me very busy and we currently reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Just 6 years ago I was living the typical corporate life.
I had everything that I thought I ever wanted, and everything that I had worked for my entire young adult life. Except one thing. Freedom.
I was a slave to my career and to the expectations that came along with the position, salary, and benefits that my position afforded me. I didn't really realize how much my career was suffocating me until I started to see how much of what really mattered to me.. I was missing out on.
My family. My wife. My children. And the moments that meant the most to them.
In June of 2015 it finally struck me. I realized how much knowledge, skill, training I had acquired in over 15 of being in corporate. I realized what my gifts were. I realized what I was capable of.
I was over having someone else decide my income and schedule. I was over having to ask permission or submit a request to be home in time for a birthday party or attend one of my children's sporting events. I was over working weekends and holidays and having minimal vacation time. I was over giving every ounce of my energy and ability to a business that would give me an insulting increase year after year because "that's all that they were budgeted for."
I was over it all.
So in June of 2015 I took a terrifying leap of faith and started my own business. At the time I had more questions than answers. I had more doubters than supporters. But I also had more passion, drive, and an outright relentless determination to be successful..
because for the first time in my life every ounce of my energy and ability was being funneled into something that was mine.
I have been tested. I have been challenged. I have made mistakes. I have failed. But I have also been molded. I have been refined. I have learned. I have succeeded in more ways than I could have imagined. My skills have multiplied. My knowledge has expanded. I have found my groove. I have built my tribe. And now I teach my clients everything that I wish I would have known when I first started my own business!
The awesome thing about taking risks to create your dream life is that it gets easier and easier every time you push yourself to go after what you REALLY want.
